The Stardust Mail Club is a monthly subscription of curated paper goods—a concept inspired by the beauty of classic correspondence and the tactile joy of physical paper. Each shipment is a carefully crafted collection designed for those who find peace in journaling, beauty in scrapbooking, and inspiration in framing art. What’s Inside Your Monthly Mail:

Every edition is united by a unique theme, personally curated and handmade to inspire your creativity. Each envelope includes:

Art Print: 13 x 18 cm (5 x 7 in)—perfect for framing or your art wall.
Postcard: 10 x 15 cm (4 x 6 in) thick, textured paper for writing or display.
Surprise Stationery: Either a Laminated Bookmark and stickers OR a Full Sticker Sheet for your planners and journals. This stickers are made from waterproof vinyl and have lamination on top for the best shiny finish.
Letter: A personal letter from me, wrapped in delicate tissue paper.
Monthly Bonuses: Depending on the theme, you may find recipes, patterned cards, or unique ephemera perfect for journaling and scrapbooking.

Shipping & Delivery Details:

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping to bring a little stardust to your mailbox. To ensure each item is packed with the care it deserves, we ship in two batches:

Batch 1: Join between the 1st – 15th, and your mail ships on the 16th.
Batch 2: Join between the 16th – end of the month, and your mail ships on the 1st of the following month.
Tracking: To keep shipping fees free, our mail is sent via standard postage and does not include tracking.
Timeline: Typically arrives in 7–21 business days, though international customs can occasionally take up to 8 weeks.

Subscription Terms:

Billing: Your first payment is charged immediately. Future payments will automatically renew on that same date each month.
Flexibility: Pause or cancel anytime via your account at inkstardust.com. Pausing stops charges until you're ready to restart; canceling stops all future shipments.
Catch-ups: Missed a theme? Check the "Catch-ups" section of the shop for limited-edition past sets (available while supplies last).

Frequently Asked Questions

You’ll be charged for your first month as soon as you join the club. After that, your billing date stays the same every month.

Example:

March 3th Sign-up: First charge today → Next charge March 3th.
February 22th Sign-up: First charge today → Next charge March 22th.

We ship our mail club in two main batches each month. This allows us to print and pack your items with the care they deserve! Your shipping date depends on when you join:

Batch 1: If you join between the 1st and the 15th, your mail will be sent on the 16th.
Batch 2: If you join between the 16th and the end of the month, your mail will be sent on the 1st of the following month.

You can subscribe at any point during the month and you will always receive that specific month’s featured artwork.

We ship worldwide! Our goal is to bring a little stardust from our base in Bulgaria to as many mailboxes as possible. Shipping is currently available to the following countries:

Delivery & Timing:

Orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipping. However, depending on your country’s postal service and customs processing, delivery may take up to 8 weeks or longer.

Because this service is sent via untracked letter mail to keep costs affordable for you, delivery times can vary significantly by country. If your mail has not arrived after the 8-week window, please contact us for assistance and we will make it right.

You are always in control of your Stardust Mail journey! You can make changes at any time by logging into your account at ink stardust.com or by following the direct link found in your subscription confirmation email.

Pausing: If you need a break, you can pause your subscription to skip upcoming months. You won’t be charged while you're away, and you can jump back in whenever you’re ready!
Canceling: If you choose to cancel, all future charges and shipments will stop immediately.

Please ensure any changes are made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month’s theme.

Yes! If you missed a previous month or simply want an extra set of a specific theme, you can find them in the Products section of the shop under Catch-ups

Please keep in mind that these sets are very limited. Once the extra prints from a monthly batch are gone, they won't be restocked, so they are only available while supplies last!

If your order has not yet been shipped, please complete the contact form or send an email to info@inkstardust.com as soon as possible. If the items have already been shipped, sadly, there are no further actions we can take.

1. Wait a little bit more.

Occasionally, tracking systems get a little ahead of themselves and mark a package as 'delivered' before it actually arrives. Give it about 24 hours to pop up before we jump into the next steps!

2. Contact your local Post Office

If you’ve confirmed the package isn't tucked away in a hidden spot or with a neighbour, your local Post Office is your best next step. They have access to GPS delivery data and can speak directly with the carrier to pinpoint exactly where the package was left.
