Refund Policy for Ink Stardust

We want you to love your stickers! Because our items are small and often made-to-order, we have a specific policy to ensure you get exactly what you paid for.

No Cash Refunds Please note that we generally do not offer cash refunds. However, we are 100% committed to making sure you receive your order in perfect condition. We offer free replacements for items that are damaged in transit or lost by the postal service.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your sticker is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@inkstardust.com with a clear photo of the damage and the packaging. Once we verify the damage, we will send out a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Lost Packages Postal services can sometimes be slow. If your order has not arrived after 8 weeks, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment, and if it is confirmed lost, we will resend your package.

Exclusions

  • Empty Envelopes: We have a strict quality control process to ensure no empty envelopes are ever sent.

  • Sale Items: We cannot accept returns or offer replacements for sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period As we are based in the EU, customers shipping to the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. However, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition at the buyer's expense. Given the nature of our products (stickers and paper goods), we find that most customers prefer a replacement for damaged goods rather than a return process.
