You’ll be charged for your first month as soon as you join the club. After that, your billing date stays the same every month.
Example:
March 3th Sign-up: First charge today → Next charge March 3th.
February 22th Sign-up: First charge today → Next charge March 22th.
When will your Mail Club be shipped?
We ship our mail club in two main batches each month. This allows us to print and pack your items with the care they deserve! Your shipping date depends on when you join:
Batch 1: If you join between the 1st and the 15th, your mail will be sent on the 16th.
Batch 2: If you join between the 16th and the end of the month, your mail will be sent on the 1st of the following month.
You can subscribe at any point during the month and you will always receive that specific month’s featured artwork.
Where do we ship to?
We ship worldwide! Our goal is to bring a little stardust from our base in Bulgaria to as many mailboxes as possible. Shipping is currently available to the following countries:
Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil
Europe: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Asia & Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia

Delivery & Timing:
Most orders arrive within 3–10 business daysafter shipping, based on your location. While most mail arrives quickly, international shipping and customs can occasionally take longer, so please be patient! If your mail has not arrived after the 8-week mark has passed, please email us. We will investigate and make it right!.
All your orders now include tracking information! After your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email including your tracking code.
How do you pause or cancel your subscription?
You are always in control of your Stardust Mail journey! You can make changes at any time by logging into your account at ink stardust.com or by following the direct link found in your subscription confirmation email.
Pausing: If you need a break, you can pause your subscription to skip upcoming months. You won’t be charged while you're away, and you can jump back in whenever you’re ready!
Canceling: If you choose to cancel, all future charges and shipments will stop immediately.
Please ensure any changes are made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month’s theme.
Can you purchase past months' artwork?
Yes! If you missed a previous month or simply want an extra set of a specific theme, you can find them in the Products section of the shop under Catch-ups
Please keep in mind that these sets are very limited. Once the extra prints from a monthly batch are gone, they won't be restocked, so they are only available while supplies last!
What to do if you want to change your shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please complete the contact form or send an email to info@inkstardust.com as soon as possible. If the items have already been shipped, sadly, there are no further actions we can take.
What to do if your package says 'delivered' but it is not there?
1. Wait a little bit more.
Occasionally, tracking systems get a little ahead of themselves and mark a package as 'delivered' before it actually arrives. Give it about 24 hours to pop up before we jump into the next steps!
2. Contact your local Post Office
If you’ve confirmed the package isn't tucked away in a hidden spot or with a neighbour, your local Post Office is your best next step. They have access to GPS delivery data and can speak directly with the carrier to pinpoint exactly where the package was left.
3. Contact me by email
